I also ask them to share what baptism means to them, why they want to get baptized and what they learned from reading passages about baptism – Romans 6 and Colossians 2). Salvation begins through: Repentance & Faith/Trust (turning away from evil and toward God's forgiveness and grace and the new life of Jesus) “ For it is by grace you have been saved, through  faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.” - Eph. 2:8,9 Reasons we are Baptized (as a believer) Jesus modeled it  (Matthew 3:11-15) – Jesus' cousin, John the baptizer, was baptizing people in the Jordan River. Prayer to the Holy Spirit

Prayer to the Holy Spirit Holy Spirit, my body is Your temple (1 Cor. 3:16).  You have washed me, sanctified me, and justified me (1 Cor. 6:11).  You make me completely new again (Titus 3:5).  You live in my heart and have sealed me (2 Cor. 1:22).   You bear witness with my spirit that I am Your child. (Rom. 8:16).  Call out to Abba-Daddy through me -- through my heart (Gal. 4:6).  You are my deposit, guaranteeing Your promises for me that are yet to come (2 Cor. 5:5).  You are a Spirit of love, power and a sound mind inside of me (2 Tim. 1:7).  I receive you by simple faith and trust.  I posture my heart to sow my life to please You (Gal. 6:8).  Fill me today, so that I walk with You (Eph. 5:18; Gal. 5:16) and do not grieve You (Eph. 4:30).  Forgive me for times I have grieved You or quenched You (1 Thess 5:19).  Be an unquenchable fire inside of me (Song of Songs 8:6,7).  By You I confess that Jesus the Messiah has come in the flesh (1 John 4:2) and that Jesus is Lord (1 Cor. 12:3)

7 Mountains Briefing

Moving Mountains: Intercessor's "briefing" for the 7 mountains. THE MOUNTAIN OF THE LORD “I will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.” (Ps. 121:1,2) We declare: In these last days the mountain of the Lord’s house will be established as the highest of the mountains...and all nations will stream to it. (Is. 2:2; Micah 4:1) Your kingdom is the Rock that strikes the nations and becomes a huge mountain that fills the whole earth. (Daniel 2:35, 44) – a kingdom that will never be destroyed...and will itself endure forever. The increase of your kingdom government and peace will never end. (Is. 9:7) Every knee should bow and tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord in every sphere of culture. (Phil. 2:10,11) You LORD are king over all the earth. There will be one LORD—his name alone will be worshiped. (Zech. 14:9) Your kingdom come and will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven...for Yours

Why Christians Should Believe for a Christian Nation

Why Christians Should Believe for a Christian Nation  I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—  for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.  This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. - 1 Timothy 2:1-4 Here, the Lord exhorts us to pray for all of those in authority, but he goes further to indicate the Lord's will -- for us to live peaceful and quiet lives.  We don't have to go far in the world to see the impact of how ungodly rulers can disrupt the lives of Christians or the innocent.  Whenever we can stand up for those oppressed in other countries, while making a difference in our own, we should (Prov.31:8,9).  Real faith and prayers are attached to action -- doing something that demonstrates your trust and belief that what you are asking for should actually happen.  If some

City crafted prayer

City Crafted Prayer Sacred Father, we welcome you and Holy Spirit into this place. Let your your peace rest here. We ask for your favor and full blessing to settle permanently upon the Mayor, the Kalispell City Council, the city of Kalispell, all its departments, and the whole of Flathead County and the surrounding Native American nations.  We ask you, Jesus Christ, the God of glory—to make them intelligent and discerning in knowing You personally and intimately, their eyes focused and clear, so that they can see exactly what it is You are calling them to do, to grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life You have for those who trust You! Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Make this city a place of Your habitation, of your dwelling.  We ask you to father this city, to bring creative knowledge, wisdom, revelation and understanding. Bless the work of every hand to do good and be productive. We pray for a return to so

The Whole Counsel of God (Why we stand with Bethel, Todd White, etc.)

We align ourselves with many other born-again, Spirit-filled Christians in the Body of Christ and honor teachers who we see as Apostolic or Prophetic leaders in the Body of Christ in our time.   Almost all of our dearest Christian friends would do likewise. Recently a movie was released which claims to point out all of the errors of some of these preachers and ministers, using such evidences to make a case that they are preaching a "false gospel".  At the same time, it is holding up the message of Jesus Christ's death, burial, and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins.  I will provide this as a Scripture the Lord gave me regarding the message of the video (and similar messages): “ It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. The latter do so out of love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel. The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while
